March in Room 6

We were very busy during the month of March in Room 6. We spent our PE lessons practising our dance for the Ceili on Friday the 11th of March. We learned the 'Fairy Reel' and teacher was so impressed with our dancing. On the day of the Ceili we all got to wear green, the teachers also learned a dance and the boys and girls all enjoyed seeing the teachers dancing as well.

Maci from our class also did a solo dance during the Ceili! We all thought she did brilliantly :)

On Tuesday the 15th March every school in Ireland celebrated Commemoration day. Each school had to raise the Irish flag outside our school.  We all went to the hall and sang the national anthem and then went outside to watch the flag being raised up.
