Our first week back in school after Christmas

We have been working very hard this week in Room 6. We have been learning all about time in Maths and all about the changes that happen during the season of Winter.

For Aistear this month we have been busy working in the post office. The boys and girls have been learning how to write letters and how to buy stamps in the post office. We have our own little post office in the classroom this month and here are some pictures of us working hard in the post office during aistear posting and organising all the letters!

Welcome to Senior Infants Room 6

Hello! Welcome to Senior Infants Room 6. The boys and girls in room 6 have been so busy learning new words and revising all our sounds and numbers from Junior Infants.  Here are a few pictures of what the boys and girls have been up to since since September:)

We were all so excited when the Dublin team brought the Sam Mc Guire cup to our school last year.



Santa came to visit us on the the 22nd of December. We all got to wear christmas jumpers and hats to school. We had a party and watched christmas movies.
